With the objective to continue to improve our offer according to the feedback received from our current users, we are pleased to announce our latest release V3.55.
This new version seeks to improve DEEP Blue’s experience with changes that help simplify certain functionalities for our valuable users.
On the Core module, CORP users (Admin) can now see the history of changes on every crew profile, including modifications done on crew bank details, by clicking on the History Tab.
On the HRM module, the payslip display has been improved. Reference to hours of work has been removed for payroll to avoid confusion. All leave types have been grouped and presented in a logical order.
Furthermore, all custom entries indicated in payroll are now also exported in XLS even if the payroll is only in Draft version.
On Finance, it is now possible to transfer funds from a Primary Account (if activated) to any Secondary Account (active bank or crew account) without displaying the entry as an “Expense” in the report.
On Charter, it is now possible to edit an Analytical APA Report by category and subcategory of expenses. Click on export and edit a PDF or XLS document.
Furthermore, export all APA receipts in one click.
On PMS module, it is now possible to filter on Jobs done by Year and Month.
